These services can be purchased a la carte’ or packaged together. They are also frequently bundled with our Premium Support offering, which provides you with a designated high-level technical resource as your single point of contact to Landis+Gyr for support. So, if you have an issue you can skip the queue and call straight into a knowledgeable resource who is already familiar with your specific system and the operational use of it. This will provide you with a more intimate and valuable level of support compared with the normal Landis+Gyr Help Desk.
